Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will give you absolute authority over your mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this user-friendly user interface, you can set up a new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can forward e-mails from one mailbox account to another, set up e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and guard your e-mail accounts against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mail box accounts against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for sorting your incoming mail messages according to certain criteria set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and define the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Just specify the email box account you want to forward email messages from, then select the target email mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your e-mail box accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you want to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email box accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
